Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

First time making this bread and it turned out very nice! Good crumb to the loaf and it rose nice. I'm always looking for a good flavorful bread to freeze to use for a bread pudding recipe later. I think I'll make an extra loaf of this next time just for that purpose.

My family and I really liked this bread. The tangy craisins and marmalade are a great combination. On the second loaf, however, I used orange juice as the liquid instead of cranberry juice. I also added 1/2 cup almonds that I sliced. We liked the orange juice better and it's also easier to buy in small amounts or have on hand whenever you want to make the recipe and I always like nuts.

I made it for a group I am in and they LOVED IT! I sub the marmalade for three berry preserves and the cran juice for apple juice and put in one cup all purpose and one cup whole wheat flour + I added a handful of sliced almonds...Thanks for the great recipe

I tried this recipe out, had to adlib some due to lack of ingredients. I substituted the marmelade for peach and pineapple preserves, and dry milk for dry buttermilk, it was de-lish.
