Scrapple

Scrapple

Scrapple is a favorite of the Pennsylvania Dutch. It's made from pork scraps that are mashed and mixed with flour and then formed into a loaf. It's typically fried for serving. It was a way to keep scraps and trimmings from pork from going to waste.
