Fun Food Holidays™ May 20th is National Quiche Lorraine Day

While it's really more of a savory pie, the name Quiche Lorraine more or less means "cake from the Lorraine region of France." Typically a light meal of egg-and-cream custard served over a puff pastry or pie crust, such add-ins as bacon, cheese, onions, or what-have-you make a quiche more substantial and filling. Celebrate National Quiche Lorraine Day the CDK way: by baking your family's dinner right there at home!
