Pumpkin Cheesecake In Pastry

ingredients
1 package (6-count size) frozen puff pastry shells
FILLING
1 package (4-serving size) sugar-free instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 can (15 ounce size) solid pack pumpkin
1/3 cup real maple syrup
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
additional ground cinnamon
directions
Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, combine pudding mix, milk, cream cheese, pumpkin, syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and allspice in food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, remove top of pastry shell. Spoon about 1/2 cup pumpkin cheesecake filling into each of the shells. Dust with cinnamon, if desired.
Serve with pastry top on the side.
