Pineapple Macadamia Nut Pie

ingredients
1 (9-inch) pie crust
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
directions
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and continue beating. Add corn syrup, flour, rum extract, pineapple and nuts.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool before serving.
