Filling
6 cups sliced peaches
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 unbaked pie shell (9 or 10 inch size)
Lightly toss peaches with filling ingredients and place in pie shell. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle topping mixture over peaches.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 30-40 minutes. Serve with ice cream.

This was a good pie. I could have used more flour because it was soupy but tasted great.

Wow... If your think about making a peach pie you should definitly make this one!!! Very yummy.
