I was searching for an easy recipe for strawberry pie. This one is delicious. I couldn't find fresh strawberries that were suitable, so I bought a bag of frozen ones. I placed them on top of the cream cheese filling and drizzled melted chocolate over the top instead of a glaze. That wasn't the best idea as quite a bit of juice came out of the berries as they thawed, making the pie filling slightly runny. No one seemed to care. Everyone had seconds. I will definitely make the recipe again. Next time I will either use fresh berries or thaw and drain the frozen ones first.
