  1. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I made this cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it was very easy to make and was delicious! Everyone loved it! As another reviewer said--I used a bit more than 16 sandwiches and I couldn't find the chocolate cool whip so I just used regular. It was a bit sweet but still very good & a great alternative to store bought ice cream cakes.

  2. circuit breaker REVIEW:

I only give this a 4 instead of 5 because it's so darn fattening! - But delicious, and so much less expensive than those dairy franchise cakes. Know that in a 9X13 pan it took me more like 20 sandwiches than the 16 it says here (two layers of 10) and that I don't think it says to crush the M &...oh, I mean "candy covered chocolate candy" - I didn't, and it would have been better crushed. And...like other recipes for this - chocolate cream filled cookies (again avoiding the name brand "Orxx") crushed works well too. We got rave reviews on this, with very quick prep time.
