Easy Rainbow Ice Cream Cake - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 prepared angel food cake
1 package (3 ounce size) strawberry gelatin powder
1 package (3 ounce size) lime gelatin powder
1 package (3 ounce size) orange gelatin powder
1 (15 ounce size) blueberries, drained
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin oranges
1/2 gallon French vanilla ice cream, softened
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen strawberries, partially thawed

directions

Tear cake in pieces. Divide in thirds. Place each third in separate bowl. Sprinkle each with different flavor gelatin. Toss with fork to coat well.

Place strawberry coated cake in bottom of 10 inch tube pan. Spoon strawberries over top. Top with 1/3 of ice cream.

Repeat with lime flavored cake and blueberries. Repeat with orange flavored cake and oranges.

Freeze until firm. Unmold on chilled plate.
