Spinach And Ricotta Manicotti

ingredients
2 jars (26.5 ounce size) spaghetti sauce
1 package manicotti pasta shells
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 pint ricotta cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Thaw and drain spinach. Mix with ricotta cheese, egg, half the mozzarella cheese, and half the Parmesan cheese all together. Stuff mixture into uncooked shells.
Put 2 cups of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x12" baking pan. Arrange manicotti in pan 1" apart. Pour 4 cups of sauce over manicotti. Top with rest of cheeses.
Cover pan with foil. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
