1 package manicotti pasta shells 1 container ricotta cheese 12 ounces mozzarella cheese 1 package (16 ounce size) frozen spinach 1 pound ground beef 1 can garlic and herb spaghetti sauce salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Steam spinach for about 5 minutes. Boil manicotti shells for about 6 minutes (not completely done).
Brown ground beef and add 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together all ingredients. Reserve 4 oz. of mozzarella cheese to spread on top. Gently spoon mixture into shells.
Place shells in casserole dish and pour remaining spaghetti sauce on top of shells. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
