Flounder Casserole

ingredients
2 1/2 pounds flounder fillets
4 medium sized potatoes
1 1/2 can cream of shrimp soup
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
8 ounces fresh or frozen small shrimp
1/4 cup margarine (or butter)
salt and pepper
directions
Place flounder fillets in 9" x 13" casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Peel and slice potatoes to 1/4" thickness. Layer potato slices over top of flounder. Spread green pepper, onion and shrimp evenly over potato layer.
Place dabs of margarine on top. Salt and pepper as desired. Pour cream of shrimp soup evenly over casserole ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.
