ingredients
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple
2 baking potatoes
1/2 cup cheese spread, heated
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
directions
Bake potatoes in a 375 degrees F oven for 35-40 minutes.
Drain pineapple; save juice for beverage. Split and open baked potatoes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over potatoes.
