Grilled Baked Potatoes

ingredients
4 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
directions
Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
Pierce the potatoes with a fork or a small sharp knife. Rub the potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes on a microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes or until tender, turning after 4 minutes.
Place potatoes on greased grate of grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and browned, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
Split potatoes down the center. Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
