Basil-Baked Red Potatoes

2 1/4 pounds new red potatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray.
Place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with green onions and basil. Drizzle with oil and stir to coat.
Bake uncovered for about 1 1/4 hours, stirring occasionally, until potato skins are crisp and potatoes are tender.
