Baked Potato Dressing
- add review
- #86957
30-60 minutes
ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon or canned bacon bits
6 baked potatoes
directions
In a medium bowl, combine the butter, cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Remove the dressing from the refrigerator and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Mix well and serve as a topping for the baked potatoes.
This is also a nice topping for other vegetables, too, such as green beans or broccoli.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
