The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Shrimp & Lobster Twice Baked Potatoes

ingredients
2 baked potatoes
1 cup chopped rock shrimp
1 cup chopped lobster meat
2 teaspoons chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
4 tablespoons goat cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Place potatoes in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until soft. Let potato cool down. Cut in half and scoop out potato and reserve.
In a saute pan, place 1 tsp. olive oil and heat up. Add red onions, garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and lobster to pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add potato filling with heavy cream and goat cheese and cook for about 2 minutes.
Place scooped out potato skins in oven to re-warm and add filling back to potato skins and serve.
