ingredients
1 cup finely chopped or coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped or coarsely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

directions
Bring cheese and margarine to room temperature. Stir in milk, mustard, dill weed, red pepper and pepper (the mixture will be lumpy). Spoon into a serving dish or crock and refrigerate until serving time.
Let stand for 15-30 minutes or until slightly softened. Serve with crackers.
