8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup minced parsley
freshly ground black pepper
directions
Sprinkle the cheese onto an 8-inch plate. Mix together garlic and olive oil and drizzle over cheese. Combine other ingredients and pour over the cheese.
Refrigerate one hour. Sprinkle with pepper and serve with wheat crackers.
