Naughty Secret Rice Krispie Treats

ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup sugar (white or brown sugar)
1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup M&M's (plain)
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
2 favorite breakfast cereals
directions
Heat together in a saucepan the butter, syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Cook on low and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, M&M's and Oreos; stir gently. Add Rice Krispies and stir until completely coated.
Now, here's the secret to take these to the next level: Add some of your favorite dry cereals. You can choose colors for special holidays! Press mixture evenly into a buttered 13x9x2-inch pan. Cut into squares when cool.
I know this is taking it to another level of dental problems, but you can drizzle maple syrup on top or Hershey's chocolate.
