Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I made these for superbowl sunday - my seven year old and I. It was a simple recipe that was quick to make. VERY chocolatey and there was just a hint of peanut butter taste. Maybe next time I will add a little more pb because we love it. Went over well at the party. Thanks!
