Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

Never loved cabbage but my family does. This recipe had even me eating some of it. Very good.

Interesting recipe. The cabbage is good and tender and has a bunch of flavor from the drippings and picante sauce. And one nice thing is that since it's wrapped in foil it doesn't stink up the house like boiling cabbage will do.
