ingredients
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 1/2 cup torn spinach
1 1/2 cup trimmed arugula
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups hot cooked orzo pasta
1 cup green peas
directions
Pesto: drop walnuts and garlic through food chute with processor on, process until minced. Add spinach and next 6 ingredients, process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute, process until well blended.
Combine pesto, orzo, and peas in a large bowl, and toss well.

This was a great recipe! Rather than putting the ingredients into the food processor we just finely diced the nuts (used pecans), spinach and arugula. Also, we used vegetable broth to cook the orzo in (gave the recipe tons more flavour). I will definitely make this again and again.
