ingredients

1 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons dried apples, diced
2 tablespoons raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
1/2 cup couscous

directions

Put apple juice, dried apple, raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
