Take Salisbury steak to the next level. For loco moco, serve with an egg on a bed of rice ladled with juicy goodness. One eggcellent meal if we do say so!

2 pounds ground beef
1/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onions
directions
Mix all together by hand into oval patties and fry in pan on both sides till patties are cooked. Drain, then add as much cans of the cream of mushroom soup that you like for the amount of gravy you like and cover and simmer for about 20 to 30 mins.
Salisbury: serve with mashed potatoes.
Loco Moco: serve on rice with an egg over medium.

This was so easily to make and incredibly yummy. My daughters were skeptical at first when they saw me making it, but boy did they eat it up!! Wonderful comfort food...
