The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 cup fresh arugula, packed
1 cup fresh basil, packed
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup Parmesan-Romano cheese, grated
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
directions
Place all ingredients but the olive oil in a food processor and pulse until chopped.
Pour the olive oil through feed tube while processing until creamy.
