Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened in microwave on High 15 to 20 seconds
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
1 1/4 cup rainbow chip cookies, chopped
confetti sprinkles

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with electric mixter until blended. Gently fold in whipped topping. Fold in chopped cookies.

Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with confetti sprinkles just prior to serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
