Cowboy Corn Bread

ingredients
2 packages corn bread mix
1 can (16 ounce size) creamed corn
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped green chiles
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
directions
Saute meat and onions until meat is browned; drain fat. Blend corn bread mix, corn and eggs. Add milk.
Pour half the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread with meat, chilies and cheese. Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
