ingredients
1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 small can creamed corn
1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
1 egg
butter
directions
Melt enough butter to cover bottom of metal cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine corn muffin mix, creamed corn, sour cream and egg. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into cake pan over butter. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 30-35 minutes or until lightly brown and toothpick comes out clean.

I have been making this recipe for years! It is the only way I will eat cornbread because it comes out so moist and flavorful it will totally surprise you. Pouring the batter over the melted butter gives it such an amazing taste. I have had to stop doubling the recipe because I ate nothing but cornbread for dinner!! Highly recommended!!!
