This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

Everything's better with a kiss, and cookies are no exception. Peanut butter cookies with a chocolate flourish taste as good as they look.
1 cup margarine or butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 small eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Topping
6 tablespoons sugar (or as needed)
1 1/2 pound Hershey Chocolate Kisses
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unwrap the Kisses and set aside for later.
In a large mixing bowl (with electric mixer), beat together butter and peanut butter until blended. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture and mix well.
Scoop dough by teaspoonfuls and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in topping sugar. Place balls on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 6-8 minutes until cookie cracks slightly. Remove from oven and press an unwrapped Kiss into each cookie. Put back into oven for 1 minute.
Remove and allow cookies to completely cool and set before placing in containers (1-2 hours).

Tasted very good. I had to add 1/2 cup more flour. Also dough was very diffucult to work with so I refridgerated it for a while. After that it worked very well & tasted delicious :)

This recipe is perfectly written and easy to follow. I've never included milk in a cookie recipe and I think it added a creamier texture. The cookies turned out just perfect given the time recommended and baking instructions. It calls for just the right amount of sugar/peanut butter/chocolate and the cookies turn out light and melt in your mouth smooth.

I made these cookies today and they turned out so perfect. The dough is light, not gooey and the cookies bake to a lovely melt in your mouth consistency. Its the perfect blend of sugar, peanut butter and chocolate.
