ingredients

2 3/4 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 ounce chopped pimentos
1 ounce butter, softened
1 ounce tarama or other caviar
1 ounce anchovy fillets, chopped
1/2 pound cooked lobster meat or imitation lobster meat

directions

Combine the mayonnaise, pimentos, and butter in a bowl. Mix well. Gently stir in the caviar, anchovy, and lobster and mix until coated in the mixture.

Serve immediately with crackers or small toasts. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
