ingredients
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash ground nutmeg
1 graham cracker crust
directions
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix until blended.
Place 1 cup of this mix into a different medium bowl. Stir pumpkin and spices into the 1 set aside cup.
Pour remaining plain batter into crust and top with pumpkin batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool and then refrigerate for 3 or more hours.
