Deliciously tart -- Cranberry predominates, but pineapple and spices add depth and complexity. Truly easy as pie -- just mix and fill. I used refrigerated pie crusts and just sprinkled the top crust with a little cinnamon sugar. Pie set up very well --making it easy to slice. I turned down the oven to 350 for the last 10 minutes of the hour as the crust was browned before the filling was bubbling all over. Probably best to slide a baking sheet under the pie for the last few minutes to catch any drips. I recommend it to any level cook.
