Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Ready for a slice of sunshine? This sour cream fruit pie lets you showcase your favorite fruit and pairs perfectly with a dash of buttery topping.
1 unbaked pie shell
5 cups fruit of your choice
Sour Cream Filling
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon ground mace (optional, use with peach or cherry filling)
1 tablespoon light rum
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
Place fruit of your choice in pie shell.
Make sour cream filling by beating all ingredients until well combined. Pour over fruit filling.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over hot pie and return to oven for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
This is a superior pie with fresh peaches, red raspberries, apple, blackberries or gooseberries. I don't see why you couldn't make it with any flavored fruit.

This is my husband's #1 favorite pie and I doubt mind making it because it is so easy and uses ingredients on hand.
