This is the easiest, most refreshing recipe I've ever tried. I will make this many times.

This pie is yummy. My guests loved it and yet so simple, I'll make it many times. Ingredients I usually have on hand.

I give this recipe a 5 for simplicity and great fresh lemony flavor. I added lemon zest and a lemon twist for added flavor and color and eye appeal. Easy to put together, great recipe for a child who likes to cook. I even forgot to drain the pineapple, and it still turned out good!
