Ingredients:
1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained (20 ounces)
1 package instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz.)
1 carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (8 oz.)
1 ready crust graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the pineapple and pudding mix until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until serving.
