1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
2 ounces blue cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup lager beer
Combine cut up cheeses in the bowl of food processor. Add caraway, paprika and beer. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to serving bowl. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
