These cookies are a variation on the famous 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies. They do not contain flour, and they don't need it!
1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
1 large egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, or other flavor chips
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine the peanut butter, egg, sugar, baking powder, and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix until combined.
Drop the cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for 2 minutes.
Carefully remove the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies from the baking sheet and set on a wire rack to cool completely. Store the cookies in an airtight container.

Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Did you push cookies down or leave as a ball? Didn't cook fully in 8-10 minutes. Any suggestions? Or did I not leave them out long enough to cool. (5 minutes)

These cookies are wonderful and super easy! Personally, I don't like them warm, but after they cool they are bombshell-delicious! Can replace up to half the sugar with honey--if you replace all the sugar with honey, the cookies are too soft. Just one note: these work better with miniature chips than regular.

yummy! Had to give this recipe a try and it is a hit with my Mr!
these never turned into cookies... i think someone forgot to add the flour to the recipe....
These cookies are not supposed to have flour in them. Make sure your cookie sheet is not warm when making them or they will spread too much.

I make a similar recipe using 1 cup of brown sugar instead of the granulated. Do try this recipe-- it is fabulous, easy, and has no butter or flour!
didn't try this recipe because there is no flour in it??? What holds it together?
