1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

To use, brush chicken with some of the sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, heat any remaining sauce until bubbly and pass with chicken.

Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

My boyfriend jokes that he puts beer in all his cooking. So he was more than impressed when I brought out this sauce while we grilled some chicken wings.
