ingredients
1 package (small size) lime Jello
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1 carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 package Kool Aid lime-flavored drink powder
1 package (9 inch size) chocolate crumb crust
3 crushed Oreo cookies
directions
Prepare Jello as package directs; refrigerate until firm and solid.
Beat Jello in large mixing bowl until doubled in volume. Pinch off small pieces of cream cheese into Jello mixture and continue beating until creamy and smooth (about 5 minutes). Add Kool Aid powder and mix well.
Pile Jello mixture in the crust and smother with Cool Whip. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over top to garnish.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours before cutting.
