A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Pumpkin White Chip Macadamia Bars

ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1  egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 package (12 ounce size) premium white chocolate chips, divided
2/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
directions
Combine flour, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda in a small bowl. 
 Beat butter and sugars in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1-1/2 cups white chips and nuts. 
 Spread into greased 15" x 10" jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. 
 Place remaining white chips in heavy-duty plastic bag. Microwave on medium-high (70% powder) in a bowl for 45 seconds, then knead. Microwave at 10 second intervals, kneading until smooth. 
 Cut tiny corner from bag and squeeze to drizzle over bars.
