Don't let the simplicity fool you, this dish is packed with flavor. The bisque is made with a velvety cream soup base and loaded with lobster morsels for added richness.
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of shrimp soup
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
3 cups milk
1 pound langostinos or lobster, cut in small pieces
Combine the soups in a saucepan. Mix until well blended.
Add the milk and stir until incorporated. Heat gently over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Stir in the lobster. Cook until heated through, about 5-6 minutes.
Serve the lobster bisque hot.
