ingredients
3 cups water
5 asparagus stalks, ends cut
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 slices whole grain white bread
3 slices roasted turkey breast
1 slice Swiss cheese
directions
Boil water in a small saucepan. Add asparagus and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse asparagus; set aside.
Mix mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl. Spread mixture on both slices of bread.
Top bread with turkey, asparagus, and cheese.
