ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 eggs, beaten
2 pounds velveeta cheese
1 jar (4 ounce size) pimentos
1 cup mayonnaise

directions

In a saucepan, dissolve sugar in vinegar. Beat in eggs and cook on medium heat until thickened.

Add Velveeta and let melt. Add pimentos. Add mayonnaise.

Cool and spoon into jars. Store in the refrigerator.
