ingredients
1 package sugar free orange gelatin powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup hot orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 large can milk (not sweetened)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
directions
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot juice add rind and chill until it forms a thick syrup (about 30 minutes).
Meanwhile chill the milk until crystals form about 15 to 20 minutes then whip until stiff, add lemon juice and whip until very stiff. I put the milk in the freezer in a bowl for a little while.
Fold the whipped milk into the jelly mixture spoon into crust and chill until firm.
