ingredients
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pint orange sherbet, softened
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
1 small can drained mandarin oranges
2 tablespoons toasted coconut
directions
Spread the ice cream over crust. Spread the sherbet over the ice cream. Freeze for 3 hours
Spread cool whip over top. Cover and freeze until firm.
30 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and arrange the oranges on top. Sprinkle with the toasted coconut.
