ingredients
1 package pastry crust (9-inch size)
2 1/2 cups elderberries, blackberries or tart cherries (pitted)
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
directions
Wash berries or seeded cherries and place in unbaked crust.
Combine sugar and flour. Add sour cream and blend thoroughly. Pour mixture over fruit.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
