Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Pumpkin pie seasoning with kicks from allspice, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. You'll find uses for it far outside the pie crust. Smoothies, granola, coffee, pancakes - pumpkin spice everything!

1/4 cup ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
1 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine all the spices and store in an airtight jar. Label as pumpkin pie spice. Will keep for up to a year.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!

If you like a spicy pumpkin pie this recipe is for you. The ground cloves and allspice really "kick it up a notch". I love this spice mixture - it is easy to make, it is cheaper than storebought, and it is spicier than storebought.
