ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup provolone cheese
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Asiago cheese
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
fresh broccoli, blanched
6 ounces grilled chicken breast, sliced
cooked pasta (your choice)
directions
Place cream and butter in skillet until melted together. Add all cheeses and pepper until well incorporated. Add broccoli and chicken. Toss with favorite pasta.
