Mexican Creamy Beef Dinner With Nacho Chips - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef
1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chiles
1 jar (6 ounce size) taco sauce
1 can (15 ounce size) mild enchilada sauce, mild
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
nacho flavored tortilla chips
grated Cheddar cheese

directions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

Combine the browned beef, green chiles, taco sauce, enchilada sauce, and mushroom soup in the crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until heated through.

Serve hot with the tortilla chips and grated cheese.
